The milk powder filling machine line is an important part of the milk powder production process. Basic process

1. Milk powder preparation and transportation: After the dried milk powder is cooled and screened, it is sent to the automated milk powder transportation system to ensure that the powder flows smoothly and is pollution-free.

2. Automatic weighing system: In this process, high-precision electronic scales or loss-in-weight scales are used to automatically weigh the milk powder to ensure that the weight of each package is consistent.

3. Milk powder filling machine: core equipment that automatically fills milk powder into packaging containers according to the set weight. The filling machine can adapt to containers of different specifications and has a dust-proof and leak-proof design. Some high-end equipment is also equipped with a dust suction device to reduce dust spillage.

4. Sealing machine: After filling, the packaging containers are sent to the sealing machine. Depending on the packaging materials, various sealing methods such as capping, heat sealing, and lamination of cover films may be used to ensure good sealing.

5. Nitrogen filling/vacuuming: In order to extend the shelf life and maintain the freshness of milk powder, some filling lines will be equipped with nitrogen filling or vacuuming equipment to process the inside of the package before sealing.

6. Coding and labeling: Print production date, batch number, QR code and other information on the packaging, and affix product labels to achieve product traceability.

7. Quality inspection: Use metal detectors, visual inspection systems and other equipment to check the quality of packaged milk powder and eliminate unqualified products.

8. Packing and palletizing: Qualified milk powder packaging is automatically packed into cartons or plastic boxes, and then neatly stacked by a palletizing robot or palletizer, ready for storage or shipment.
